Where we ship

Every state and territory in Australia, plus most international destinations.

Shipping rates

Australia: flat $15 AUD on orders under $50. Free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
International: flat $25 AUD under $100, free over $100.

The rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay. No handling fees are added afterwards.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery then typically takes 7-15 business days within Australia from dispatch. Remote and regional areas may take a few days longer. International times vary by destination.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Where orders ship from

KZsells is an Australian business. Orders ship directly from our fulfilment partners rather than a local warehouse, which is how we keep prices where they are. That is reflected in the delivery times above.

Customs and duties

International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in your order total.

Delays and wrong addresses

If your order passes the window above, email us with your order number and we will chase it. Spotted a wrong address? Tell us straight away, we can usually fix it before dispatch.
