Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
Across Australia — every state and territory — plus most international destinations.

How much is shipping?
Within Australia: flat $15 on orders under $50, and free on orders of $50 or more. International: flat $25 under $100, free over $100. The rate at checkout is the rate you pay.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, then delivered in about 7-15 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Why 7-15 days and not next day?
We ship directly from our fulfilment partners rather than holding stock in a warehouse we'd have to charge you for. It's slower than a big retailer and cheaper than one — that's the trade, and we'd rather say so up front.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the other secure options shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify — we never see your card details.

Do you have a discount code?
Yes. Use WELCOME10 for 10% off your first order.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet we can almost always change or cancel it — including a wrong delivery address.

Returns & Warranty

What's your returns policy?
30 days from delivery on unused items in original condition. See our Refund Policy for the full detail.

My item arrived faulty — what do I do?
Email your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, and you won't be asked to post it back first.

Do you offer a warranty?
Every product is covered by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something develops a genuine fault under normal use, contact us and we'll make it right.

Products

Will it fit my car?
Every product page lists fitment. If you're not sure, email us your make, model and year before ordering and we'll check for you.

Are the products genuine as pictured?
Yes. Where a photo shows a specific colour or pack size, that's what you'll receive — the options on each product page are the only versions we sell.
